Scheduled Backup Not running

In Reckon Accounts 2015 running on Windows Server 2008 my scheduled backups dont run. I can run them manually with no issues however when scheduled they dont run, and there is no error. I tried disabling antivirus, running when open and in single user mode, nothing is working. They worked with no error/issue before we updated the software to 2015. No hardware/software has changed. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you

Hi Belinda,
What is the exact name and path of your data file on the server?
Does your company filename meet these requirements:- it should contain only alphanumeric characters
- it can’t contain special characters, such as /, – . ( ) < > | [ ] { } ?
- it can’t contain the space character
- it must contain no more than 64 characters, 4 of which are the trailing .qbw
- the entire file path for the company name must be 256 characters or less
Example: "MyCompanyFile .qbw"
-note the space between the "MyCompanyFile" and ".qbw"

The KB article referenced by Mirko is likely a better solution.

Thank you for your reply.
the data path is located;
\Program Files\Intuit\ReckonAccounts 2015 and has the same name it has had since we began trading and running quickbooks so no symbols etc. I dont have any spaces before the .qbw either.
I have tried the reckon KB below and the folder doesnt contain the qbbackup.sys file for it to be moved, the only file that looks like the backup system file is QWB.SYS.
I have tried deleting and recreating the scheduled backups. I have 3 data files and none of them work. I have tried different locations to put the backups but with no success.
Again, thank you for your support0
