Installation Key Code different combination to what is requested by program

I have recently purchased a full version of Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2015. I have decided to upgrade after the trial period had ended. During the installation, it requests the Installation Key which comes in the format of 2 sets of 6 numbers. However, the installation key that has come with the product is 4 sets of numbers (3 sets of 5 and 1 set of 6). How can I install the product when the installation key is completely different to what is being requested?

The product was bought from a shop so not downloaded. The installation key is on the box that the CD came in.

    Hi,

Are you sure you haven't bought Reckon Accounts Premier edition - it has an installation key like that.

Chris, I think that's exactly it. I went over it again with a fresh set of eyes this morning. CD has Personal Plus on it but the key has Reckon Accounts Plus written on it. I'm pretty sure they've stuck the wrong key code to the wrong box. I'll contact Reckon on Monday to get it sorted I hope.
