Hi,

I am trying to bring up a report of a customer account balance including every item or payment they have made with a running balance.
how do I bring this report up?

Reports>Customers & Receivables>Customer Balance Detail and then filter by name/customer

You can also customize the report using the TransactionType filter, if you want to see the total of all invoices or total of all payments from an individual customer.
ModifyReport>Filters>TransactionType

You can also customize the report and rather than show plus and minus in one column, you can insert a debit and credit column and get rid of the amount column
