GOVCONNECT Auskey Keystore multiple companies

Our keystore is a single file that has multiple companies inside. When selecting the only keystore file available, it defaults to the first company listed and unable to select any of the others.
Is there a workaround for this?

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
Auskey is provided by ATO so for this one, you may need to contact to ATO as they could have placed some restrictions but they should be able to check that for you.
Kind Regards,
Babi

Hi Geoffrey
Did you get this sorted, I have the same problem and I can't see it being a Tax Office issue, as using the Auskey browser you can select which entity/credential you wish to lodge as. To me it looks like a Reckon GovConnect issue in just assuming that a keystore will only ever have one credential - so it just grabs the first one it sees.

Trevor .. Never got it sorted. AUSkey say there is no problem as it works correctly for their application.
I just did my lodgement how I used to.

Thanks Geoffrey, hopefully Mirko can pass it to the tech guys to look at. With the ATO pushing the One Touch Payroll idea, GovConnect is going to become more important.0
