End of year reconciliation of state payroll tax calculation

The total amount for Hourly Pay and one of the super's does not match the total amounts per the payroll summary report. I have checked how these items are set up and they are set up the same as all of the other items that do reconcile.
Has anyone had this issue and are you able to point me in the right direction to resolve this?

Have you checked the actual employee.
Under the Taxes for the employee check that it is ticked to include in Payroll Tax0 -

Yes I have.
What I have discovered since I posted the question. Is that ticking the 'Include in State Payroll Tax' does not adjust the report retrospectively. Once I noted which employees had not been set up correctly I found that I had to open, unlock and lock each pay cheque that has been processed for these employees.
