Installing Quicken Personal Plus 04 with Windows 8

Originally purchased Quicken Personal Plus 2004 (full version). Upgraded via Reckon in Dec 14 to QuickBooks EasyStart 2011/12. Have just bought a new laptop with Windows 8 & am unable to install the old Quicken Personal Plus 04 using original CD. I have Reckon rego email email listing new product key details etc. What can I do?
