Reckon Accounts Premier 2015 upgrade - trial balance changed

I have just upgraded to Reckon Accounts Premier 2015 (from 2014) and on checking the trial balance before and after the upgrade, I have noticed that several account balances have changed. What would have caused this? Have I done something wrong?

    Hello Jodie

    Have you checked any Memorised Transactions, that you may have said yes to enter when you opened the file after upgrading.

    It doesn't appear to be related to memorised transactions.
