windows 10, Reckon Accounts Plus 2015 unable to email invoices or payslips

I have windows 10,Reckon Accounts Plus 2015 unable to email invoices or payslips - error code -20, when I search for help the page I need for email troubleshooting is unavailable - please help

    Thanks Andrew I returned to Windows 8.1 and all has been ok up to this week - payslip and invoice emails are crashing again and closing down the program
