Hi, I am trying to install the on the trial version for accounts plus and keep getting error 1335. The cabinet File "Data1.cab" required for this installation cannot be used.  Please help have not disabled antivirus as don't know how

Hi Heather,

If you downloaded the installer, what is the size of the file? It should be 886,460 KB. If it's not, please try to download it again and try to install it again.

You can also download the Reckon Accounts 2015 installer using below link. Use it with the trial installation key code that you received when you apply for the trial.

When you are trialling it, you also get the option to request Trial disc. You can try to install using the disc instead.

Failing all that, then you will need to find someone who can help you disable or turn off your security program. You can try to contact the vendor's support.
