Upgrade to Personal 2015

upgraded from personal plus 2013 to personal range 2015, the welcome screen continues to come up when opening and worst of all the transaction date has changed to month/year and cannot figure out how to change it back. reinstalled 2013 but the problem continues any suggestion please?

    Hi Glenn,

    You can try a few things below.

    Run the programs as Administrator.

    Make sure that your data (QDF) is located in the local drive C.

    Reckon Accounts Personal follows your computer date format. If you want to change it, you need to change your computer's date format. For Windows 7, in Control Panel > Region and language.

    If you still have the issue, please provide us with your Operating system details.

    thank you that fixed my date problem and I shortened up the account name to fix the welcome screen problem
