Sales by Item Detail - Paid Invoices by date range

We are using Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2015 and we are trying to run a report to show invoices paid during a specific date range. We also need to include the detailed sales line information.  If I run "Sales by Line Item Detail" I manage to run this for paid invoices for a specific date range that the invoice was created (and only get the paid invoices by using a filter) but I cannot display the date the invoice was paid.

Can anyone assist with how I can get the detailed sales by line for ONLY paid invoices during a date range I specify?

There should be an option under modify to change from accrual to cash, this should do it. Janelle
