Transfers not appearing on Reconciliation Report

We are needing to reprint our last years reconciliation reports for each month. We are using Reckon Accounts Premiere Retail Edition, 2015. We use the transfer function to move money from EFT clearing accounts into the cheque account but these transactions are not appearing on the Reconciliation Report. There are other transactions also that are not appearing on the reconciliation report.  They are all there in the cheque register and marked as reconciled, but are not appearing on my report.  Can someone please tell me how I can get all the relevant transactions to appear?

Welcome to Reckon Community.

Please try to view/print the Bank Reconciliation Report by selecting both options one by one.

• Transactions cleared at the time of reconciliation.
  
• Transactions cleared plus any changes made to those transactions since the reconciliation.
  

Please let me know the outcome.
