Using POS Keyboard

We have a Tipro Keyboard (KMX064A,PS2,RS232). Reckon say it is compatible with POS but I designed the keyboard layout and then when you try to use it you get nothing as if it is not there.
Is there some process I am missing?

    I have setup keyboard in POS. Setting Product numbers to keys. Then hit apply and then OK.

    The difference from when I you set it up with a generic PC keyboard is that the apply function to Key operation is not available

    None of the keyboard functions are working but when I check attached keyboards through the control panel it tells me the are connected and working correctly

    The keyboard is connected through the ps2 connection
