Printer not activated, error code -20 Reckon EasyStart

I am having an emailing issue in Reckon Accounts EasyStart. When I have an invoice open and click 'Email' to send it to the customer, I am getting an error message that says 'Printer not activated, error code -20'. It also says it cannot save as PDF.  What might be the issue? It has worked for me before. We have recently changed from Windows Live to Microsoft Outlook - could this be the problem?
