A client has put a Reckon Business file in Drop Box for us to pick up but it appears with a .nd extension and we can't open it.  Is there a way to open this file?

    Hello Corrine

Get them to back up the file then put the .qbb file in the drop box.

The .nd is not the file that you require.

    Hi Corinne,

There are 3 typical file types you can receive from your client.
    1. .QBW - running company file
    2. .QBB - standard backup of the company file
    3. .QBM - portable backup of the company file
Please ask your client to upload one of the 3 and please note that you should not open a file directly from a dropbox. Copy/move the file out of the dropbox and put it on your local PC hard drive then make attempts to restore/open the file.

    Regards,
    Alex
