Cannot download any updates

I am unable to download the quickbooks maintenance updates from the updates and service packs site. When I click on the download button, the site asks for customer ID and PIN and then when I enter, it just goes blank.

I have tried from different computers and different browsers but all the same

    Saj.  The possibility is that you are not using the correct login details.  On the page that you are trying to get the download from, there is a "login" button on the top right hand corner with a drop down list of options.  Try logging in to the members site first and then get your download.  If you cannot login, you know then that there is something wrong with your details.  John L G.
