Unable to create a backup copy of Reckon so we can wipe our computer.

When attempting to backup Quickbooks to a hard disk it gets to 99% complete and then crashes and won't backup. We need to back Quickbooks up as we are having problems with our computer and need to get it serviced.

    Hi Liana.  The simple alternative is to just copy the file to whatever your alternative medium is.  This is a far quicker process and the only one that I use for the desktop version.  I use the backup process only in Hosted which does take considerable time to complete in comparison.  John L G
