Payroll Rounding

Hi There can anyone point me in the direction of how to round gross pay to even dollars when the hourly rate cant be changed to more than 2 decimal points

    First of all I would like to know the reasoning behind the request to round Gross pay.  This is not a usual practice.

    Agree is not the norm except for those who pay cash

    Hi Lynne

    Agree that this is unusual & am curious as to what situation would require this as you can remove cents on RA reports & the RA BAS drops cents for you.

    Unless of course an employee only works minimal hours & doesn't earn enough to pay PAYG Tax ...?

    If this is the case, opting to round NET Pay should still work.  This option is under Preferences > Employee & Payroll ..." Cash Pays Rounding"
