Quicken 09/10 - have accidentally deleted PDF printer don't have disc- where can I get the driver?

Upgraded to windows 10, installed a new printer, had difficulties which were solved for  normal printing - accidentally deleted/uninstalled quicken PDF printer was getting the error message 20

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    You can get a copy of the programme from the downloads section of the Members site - you'll need your Reckon ID and PIN.  A guide to re-installing the PDF converter is available here.  Or you can uninstall and reinstall the software.  

    However, you have an older version trying to run on the latest technology, so you will encounter a number of difficulties.  

    Please see our comment on running older versions.

    PDF printing and emailing will be a major problem because the driver is incompatible with Windows 10 (its been upgraded three times since 2009/10).  

    All other functionality of QuickBooks 2009/10 will be available to you.  

    The 2016 version which will be released in April is fully compatible with Windows 10.
