Cannot refund a $ Discount?

Hi,

We are able to refund a % discount but not a $ discount. Is this something we are doing wrong or a limitation with the program? We have the $ discount button set to a preset amount of $29.

Hi Richard,

You should be able to refund $ discount. There could be something to do with the button set up for your $29 discount.

You can try to create a new button. My refund for $ discount button works with below setting.

As Andrew mentioned, if you want to refund $ discount, you need to include an item as well. And the balance must not be negative.

Hi Andrew,

The balance I meant is the Item price less discount. So for Richard, an item of more than $29 has to be selected for the refund. Hopefully this clears things up.
