Printing on different size paper from same printer

We are running Reckon Accounts Enterprise: Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition 2014 and I have set up a report to print on "Letter" page size and then on our printers in the office set the Multipurpose tray to be set to Letter so that when someone prints this report it uses the special paper in the Multi purpose tray.  

It works for most computers but on some it will not use the paper from this tray unless it is forced to from the print dialog within Reckon (specifically selecting the tray as opposed to leaving as "auto-select".  

The report is coming up as Letter size but it will not auto select the tray.  It works on other computers.  The Letter tray is also auto selected from other programs running on this computer when the output is set to Letter.

    Hi Andrew,

    On the computers having the problem, with Reckon Accounts closed, go to C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Reckon Accounts 2014 and delete the files WPR.INI and Qbprint.QBP.  Then open Reckon Accounts, go the File > Printer Setup > Options > Set up your paper size to Letter, and set the tray you want it to print from and any other settings you want to set.  Save that.  Then test it.  If that works repeat on the other computers.  If not go to windows Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right click on the printer > printer properties > preferences > and set the same settings you want in Reckon Accounts.  save that and test it again.
