lose of old entry's

hi , due to my computer doing a refresh i have had to re install reckon 2015 the problem is all my past transactions have gone and i seem to have t be starting over from scratch any ideas as to how ( if ) i can retrieve previous entry's thanks

    Hi Leigh,

    Try searching your directory for .qbw files (which are your work files) and .qbb files (which are your backup files). You're looking for the most recent file here so take note of the last modified date column and go from there.
