Is there a way of seeing what changes have been made to a sales order after it has been saved

    Hi Stephen,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community!

Reckon Accounts automatically tracks all the additions, deletions, and modifications made to transactions in your data file. This record of tracked changes is called an audit trail. The audit trail ensures that an accurate record of your data is maintained.

To go view this report go to Reports > Accountant > Audit Trail.

    I hope this helps.

    Luke.

Nope, it seems NOTHING is recorded in History that is of value. I too have been asking for this. Create date, User Initials, etc etc. Nothing like this on offer.

Hi. When a change happens to a Sales Order, just open that Sales Order and put in a new line and say what happened:  i.e. "Change to Sales Order on 1.8.17, additional 500 hours added",  or whatever.  This will make the original sales order to be showing you all the things that have happened.  So down the track, when you want to know what the history was on a sales order, you can simply open it and see everything on it already.
