    Hi

Here are some Knowledgebase Articles that may assist as I had the same issue myself:

You will need to Activate .Net 3.5:

    HI,
I'm trying to load QB Pro 2012/13 on a new Win 10 laptop and get an Error 1603 "There was a problem installing Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 SP1"

I've tried various on line help suggestions and none of them have (or consultants that I called) helped.

    Has anyone done this successfully?

    If so - how?

I find it unhelpful at being told to pay another $800 for something that I bought only 5 years ago!

    Regards
