Create report showing old customers

I have Reckon Accounts Accounting for Small Business & would like to create a report that shows me customers who have had a sales receipt generated for 2 years. That is theyβve not used my services over 2 years. I want to target them with advertising etc, but I need to be able to find them in my DB first. Iβve tried all sorts of reports, but I just cannot get the data I want. Any suggestions on how to achieve this would be gratefully received.

Easy, create a custom summary report, total by year, display rows by payee, filter by transaction type "Sales Receipt" and don't forget to set the dates. enjoy. . .

Jacqui, you have no idea how many times I've tried to achieve this by exporting the data into excel & messing around in there. Thank you so much. One question on this, can I add the customer status (active/inactive) field into this report? Again, thanks.0
