Microsoft Outlook Email Problem with Attachments Allow/Deny

Hi 

When emailing attachment we are plagued with this error, which constantly requires us to wait and press allow for each individual email, and suppliers have responded that they can't access the attachments. This started to happen when we upgraded to Quickbooks 2016. Attach is the error
