"View Report" not working

I am getting these errors 2-3 times a week. The code is different each time. RA functions normally without issues. The error occurs when closing RA.

When I click "View Report", nothing happens

Windows 10 Professional fully updated, MS Office Pro 2016 fully updated, RA Premier 2016 Tax Update installed

I have verified & rebuilt the company file several times

I have done RA clean remove and re-install

    If you have rebuilt the file a few times then I would suggest you reinstall the program again.
    This can fix issues.  
    I once had some serious issues and reinstalling didn't help. We had to reinstall to a different location on the computer, so reinstall and rename it helped us out. The problem was with the computer not the program.
