How do I move all my information from Xero to Reckon please?

I have started a small gardening business just recently and have been using Xero accounting system. How do I transfer all my info from Xero to Reckon please? I will need all my customers and my banking transactions (and anything else that I may have forgotten). I am very new to all this so please, if things could be explained to me as if I were a 10 year old, would be appreciated
