Accounts not showing in list

My accounts do not show in the list down the left of the screen in Reckon home and business 2015. The list section is there it is just a blank white section. How can I get the list to appear?

Merri-Lyn, you probably have already checked this out, but is it possible you have tagged your accounts as 'hidden'? Take a look in the customise accounts view (button bottom left under the accounts list) and make sure your accounts don't have the 'hide account' box checked. Come to think of it - do your accounts appear in the customise view?0

Yes they appear in the customise view and they are not hidden.
