And we have integrated ReconOne in Magento. Reckon won't work at all.

I have a client with Magento site. And we have integrated ReconOne in that. We cannot process our almost 50,000 orders because reckon won't work at all.
I have been getting This error since day one. I got all credentials from Reckon One still no help i got for Reckon. Please help us fix this issue. Attaching the Image here as well. I have hidden the Secret Key.

    Hi Virgil, Really sorry to hear you're having issues with the integration. Have you been in touch with our API team directly to investigate this as yet?

    Rav - good suggestion.  The info is very limited here, as to whether this is an API call error being referred to,  or whether the Reckon API Portal connection is not accepting the credentials,  or perhaps the integration process from Magento is not passing the right authorisation bearer subscription keys.,  Lots more info needed before any suggestions can be made.   My clues would possibly confuse the gentleman if listed here, as I'm mainly exposed to RAH not R1,  but the underlying test procedures are the same, and just might unravel the basis of the issue.  Not sure if any single transaction has passed through the API (v1 or v2?) for this client.    Perhaps the terminology outlined at the API demo site we wrote, helping other API developers, might assist this chap - he can contact me on 0408994799 if interested.
