Files to be Converted-migrations from Reckon 2014 to Reckon One

I had received our Migration informaiton back but is it normal not to have the current FY converted as well or do I need to enter all that informtion in again??  We originally had Reckon accounting 2014 Thanks

    The current year should most definitely be there

    Welcome to the Community

    I've just checked in with the Data Migration team on this, the standard conversion service will bring over your balances to the end of the last completed BAS period, in this case 30th June.

    When you login to Reckon One, are you able to see data up to this period?
