Reconciling 2012 and payroll probles

I have had to go back and start reconciling  our accounts from October 2012, and the payroll amounts have changed in Reckon and don't match the bank statement, not sure how to fix this

Can you please give more details on how you process pays, eg, into which account?
What kind of changes have you made? Have you simply unreconciled the bank or have you made more changes.

I have unreconciled the bank and made no changes to the payroll.  But showing a different amount on Reckon than on bank statement, when I tried to reconcile it.

Are you using a clearning account to process payroll?
You will have to tick off line by line on your statement to narrow down the problem.
You could try searching for the amount that is different to see if it might be one single item.
If not, you might need to check all payroll reports and see that the amount showing in the bank is correct to narrow down where the problem actually is. 4 years of work is a lot to go through.
