market index download

I am using Windows 10, Reckon Accounts Home & Business 2016. I am having trouble downloading the market index for many indexes. Some appear to have stopped downloading in January 2016 then other in June/July 2016. How can I get my Reckon to download the indexes as expected? ie S&P 500 I have clicked on the download but the download appears not to update as expected. Your assistance would be much appreciated image

    Hi Craig,

    Thanks for asking the Reckon Community.

    All international indices are updating.  Australian Indices are not available on One-Step Update.

    Have you updated the qwutil.dll file?  See the thread: Personal Plus 2016 share price downloads for details.
