Cannot get inot my already created Book. It says it is initialised

Hi, I signed up for ReckonOne yesterday I was setting up my hew book but didn't get to finish it and page kept timing me out and loggin me out because I was busy. Now it says it is initialised, but I can only seem to create a new book rather than go into the one I have already created. Can you please help me?

    Happy Monday
    Still experiencing the same issue, I spoke with someone on the phone and he said there was nothing i could do... I had to create a new book...
    Which I have done now.. so it's all good
    But thanks for getting back to me..
    One more question, I just signed up on Saturday.. Are we able to have get the feature that it brings all your data from the old system you were using and put it into Reckon?
