Supplier name change

Have a supplier that has changed its name and has online payments. How do i change the name and keep all the history

    I usually start a new supplier with all new details. This will keep all history in the old name. 
    If you simply change the supplier name, all history will change with it.

    I suggest you rename ie "New Name (formerly xxx)" and record the date of name change in the notes
