My Accountant can't see my 'Upload' folder

I uploaded several documents (mostly PDF) and I can view and download them from the 'Upload' folder on the Q drive. I have also moved these documenst to a new folder in the 'Upload' folder. These docs now reside in Q: Upload> 2016_Docs, Happy so far!
However, my Accountant - who has shared access to our company file - can't see the 'Upload' folder, let alone the new folder.
I'm guessing I need to change some view options for this user or share the Upload folder somehow.
Any suggestions / help would be appreciated, thanks

Hello Chester
The upload folder would need to be in the shared folder under the Q: drive not on your Q: drive.
The accountant will only see the shared folder not your specific Q: drive.
