Has anybody had a problem with Reckon gov connect downloading forms from ato?

I am using Accounts 2016 and having no success at downloading files that need to be prefilled for lodgement.  I have been using this product for quite some time and have managed to lodge before.   I get an error message about not closing the account correctly before???  I have also been onto tech support for 4 hours with no success at fixing the problem.  Any ideas?

    Hi Rhonda,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    I have read the notes of your contact with our Support desk.

    Did you have to change the Region and Language settings as suggested in the KB Exception message when making a List Request in GovConnect?

    If you did then consider this additional adjustment:
    "If the user had US as the Region but had the correct AU date and time, when they changed the region to AU it would have adjusted the time and they will still have the issue until they change the Date & Time back to the correct local date and time."

    Thankyou John. It was the reckon support team who checked my settings, One deleted the US setting under imput,. I have checked all the Region Date and time settings and as far as lcan tell they all alike
