Freezing when emailing Supplier Remittance Advices

Since the end of last week I have been unable to send any remittance advices. It just freezes and the only way to get it to stop freezing is to a remote desktop logout from the Control Panel.
Things I've tried so far:
- I've cleared the cache
- tried different browsers (Firefox and Chrome)
- tried on three different networks (in case it was internet speed)
- tried using the default supplier remittance advice instead of my custom one
- tried sending only one at a time rather than in bulk
But I still just get it freezing every time.
Started happening last week for me, and I've been trying every day since with no luck. Anyone have any other ideas I can try? This is getting very annoying!

Hi
Had this issue which has a very easy fix.
There is a Window prompt behind what you are seeing that needs to be answered.
Do an ALT Page Up and select the view with the prompt which will then enable you to answer and the other windows will open

Hi John,
Thanks for your suggestion. Could you just clarify what you mean by Alt Page Up. I'm assuming this is a command but not sure when/where/what should happen when I do this?
Thanks again!

Hi Kate,
As you hold down the Alt key, you can then use the Page Up key to cycle through any open Reckon Accounts Hosted windows that are open, but may not be visible as they haven opened behind the main window/screen.
Is this the case for you?0
