How do you input opening stock into Reckon Accounts Premier Retail Edition 2016

    In the Items List you can adjust the stock on hand.

    Inventory adjustment. The other side of the entry is Owners equity.

    Sorry I wasn't after the journal entry, i was after inputting physical stock (being opening stock) in this case into Reckon so the inventory count matches the stocktake. thanks anyway!

    I don't think so?? Your instructions didn't explain where to go in Reckon to adjust the stock you said "The other side of the entry is Owners equity"

    Hmmmm. Okay. Its in the suppliers menu. And imventory activities. Sorry if I wasnt clear. I guess I am a little more familiar with it since i have been using it for 18 years. My point is its not only in the items list. Sorry
