Working Holiday Makers - New rates effective 1/1/17

Working Holiday Makers - We have just received notification from ATO about New tax rates effective 1/1/17. I am assuming that we use tax code 8 with a flat 15% rate but what happens when the employee earns more than $37,000 ???
