Hi all,
Windows 8.1 x64, Outlook 2016 & Accounts Premier 2016.
When trying to send an email from within Reckon (eg: Invoice) I get the message prompt "The program is trying to send an email message on your behalf ...".
If I click on 'Allow' the message is sent. How do I stop this prompt from happening whenever I send an email? Have selected "Never warm me about suspicious activity" in Outlook too but the message is still occurring.
TIA

The message might be coming from your anti-virus software.
Look in your anti-virus software and/or firewall for settings about scanning outgoing emails.0 -
Hi Steve,
Checked AVG and it's set to only scan incoming emails. Also disabled AVG and problem is still there.

Has anyone else any ideas why I cannot stop this prompt when sending emails via Reckon?
