ERROR cannot email invoices "

cannot email invoices message says "could not save this form as a PDF, either reckon accounts PDF converter is missing or not functioning properly. Reinstall reckon accounts PDF converter whilst signed in as Windows admin user"

    Hi BBP,

    Sorry to hear you're having some issues with emailing via Hosted.

    In the first instance, can you please exit your file and then close all active sessions in your Hosted control panel and logout.

    Close your browser and then retry emailing, let me know if you still run into the same problem
