Question about standard reporting

Can I change the start date for preset reporting?

All the reporting when run by year seems to start on the 1st of April but I want it to start from 1 Jan. 

I tried to search for this in the help but there didn't seem to be anything relating to it.

    Not sure if this will help but give it a try. Go to 'Edit' in top left hand corner. Select 'Preferences' for drop down box and then 'Program'. Select 'Calendar' from under 'Setup'. What does this show. If it has Financial Year highlighted and the month is April change this to July and click OK. Try reports again and see if that works.
