Trying to open a reckon one data backup file message says Cant open a reckon enterprise file as pro

I am a professional partner (accountant trying to open a clients reckon one backup file. I am getting a message saying that I cant open an reckon accounts enterprise file with a non enterprise product. Surely as a reckon professional partner I can open whatever client files are sent to me.

Scott As you said you have a Reckon One file not a Reckon Accounts file. Therefore they are 2 very different files. Surely all you need is the clients ID and then login to Reckon One.
As a paid up professional partner you would have access to Reckon One. Only need to apply to Reckon for this.

As a Professional Partner you are given the installation key for Premier version of Reckon.
You can have access to the Enterprise version.
When you log into the members area go to Support - Get Installation IKC
Then select which product you want an install key for.
Then use your existing install/setup file and use the key for the enterprise version.
Make sure when you install that you install in a separate folder to your existing Premier install.
