Re-naming Invoices / Purchase Orders

Is there any way to Rename the Invoices / Purchase Orders other than printing to PDF and renaming manually.  eg PO 33333 Abbot Design

    We save our invoices & purchase orders and when searching for them it would be easier if they had the name of the supplier / customer next to the number not our details

    I also wonder if anyone can help with this request. It will be a lot easier for the invoice to show the suppliers' name so that I can identify them without opening it  up.
