How do I change a Login password in the new portal in Reckon One?

    Hi Marilyn, You'll be able to change/reset your Reckon One password through the front login page of the portal. Screenshot example below. image

    I am having the same problem im not happy with the upgrade. I cant login into reckon one

    Hi Julie

    I found today that my password/login did not work on IE.  Can you try Chrome or Firefox to login?

    I have done all that it doesn't recognise my username or email weird hey

    Try on Chrome or Firefox, but using your old Reckon Login Username.

    Have you tried s password reset? Try typing your password into word and paste into the password area.

    I have it doesn't recognise my email or password big problem???

    Rather than using your email use your old Reckon login ID. If that doesnt work you will have to wait till tomorrow and call tech support they can check your credentials. Kind regards Kim Chapman
