With the recent ongoing issue, where by all of my Data has been removed and Paid account deleted, I would like to know how to remove my Billing details* to avoid further payments being processed by Reckon. I am already looking in to a Credit Card payment reversal to retrieve the money already paid for this (non-existent) service, but want to stop further attempts at money being removed. (I know I can cancel the CCard, but would like to avoid that!)
*There are no books listed in my account, all I get is an add to purchase the software. (picture attached)
