Issues with NetWorth Report not showing Investment Account balances

I'm having issues with the NetWorth report on Reckon Personal Plus 2016. It used to work (last time I used it was September last year) and now its not bringing in the balances of my investment accounts, which means I'm suddenly much poorer than I thought I was!
Most of my investment accounts are index funds, and I make regular monthly purchases of units, so there are updates to the unit price only monthly.
As I said, this has worked previously, but recently seems to be a bit broken.
Any ideas how to rectify it?

Welcome to the Reckon Community.
Does the KB Reinvesting Fund income results in a negative Cash Balance in the Brokerage Account relate to your issue in any way?
