login problems

I can login. then later I cant. then I can .then I cant. WHAT THE .....?

    Hi Keith,

    What 's happening when you try to login? What is the error message you receive?

    I've had your account looked into by the Portal team. There's one aspect to keep in mind if its the problem you're experiencing which is to ensure that you are logging in with your existing Reckon One login credentials. ie. Your existing Reckon One user name & password not the newly created account linked with Google as this is not linked to your book.

    I get 'username and password do not match 'that is on the laptop, and on the tablet it sometimes appears to find my details as I can look at 'my profile'. Partners tab works. But the 'reckon services' tab and 'subscriptions' tab dont work. Its been over a week now its a bit hard to do invoices or pay bills! Getting really peeved with the whole scenario!!

    The Tablet appears to be logging in via google! So "username and password don't match" is the problem when 'Sign in with Reckon' tab is pressed!

    I think I may have fixed it??? 
    I gave in and changed password ( I really didn't want to!)
    I now have access and can finally get on with my work.
