When I try and print it only fills half the page.  The option to print to size does not allow checking? I believe there is a patch in the US for this is there one in Aust also???? Very frustrating.

    Hello Robyn,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Sorry to hear you are having printing problems.

Please try these simple steps before we consider other matters:
Rebooted both your printer and PC and try again.  Was printing successful?
Are your printer settings in their normal settings (and paper size A4 selected)?
Are you able to print to your PDF writer successfully?
Can you print successfully with the Print To option set to Export to and Text file selected?
Does changing the Fonts selection on the RAP Print screen change the result?

If the problem is persisting, just a few more questions:
Have you successfully printed from RAP before?
Have you successfully printed using this printer before?
Has anything changed on your computer environment since you last printed successfully? Like printer software updated, Windows Update, new computer, new printer, etc.
Does half a page print on all types of printing from RAP (tabular reports; charts & graphs)?
Do half page prints occur only with RAP?

Hope to have you printing again soon.

    regards,
    John

I upgraded to Reckon 2018 and I have the same problem.
I don't know what you mean by RAP
I have successfully printed to before and can print with any other program.
When I export to PDF it does the same with reports.
Changing fonts etc makes no difference.
No nothing has changed on my computer.
Getting very frustrating not being able to print my work.
